Logging a support ticket is a simple process
- Sign into Fitness 4 Africa
- Select your user profile to access the user settings dropdown
- Submit a Ticket
- From the Support Portal, you can track the status of your open tickets and enhancement requests.
- Support requests are being processed on business days from 9:00 to 18:00 GMT in the order they were received.
- We suggest, while our team reviews your support request, please read the FAQ.
- If any support ticket has no response from the item owner for 7 days, the ticket will be considered closed.
